Taverner Technical Services Cancellation Policy

We are sorry to see you leave us. If you do want to cancel our service, you need to phone in and speak with a Taverner Technical Services Team Member to cancel. We need to speak with you in order to validate that you are the actual account holder.

The cancellation will be processed in the next billing cycle. The billing cycle starts on the 15th of the month, and we require at least 7 days before the end of the cycle to process your request for the next billing period.

Please note, we cannot accept any service cancellations by Chat or by Email. If you do send in a request for service cancellation by Chat or Email, we will be unable to process it.
